What are the rules for the use of metallographic polishing machines?

1. Preparation
1. Check whether the metallographic polishing machine is placed on a flat workbench;
2. Whether all parts are complete, whether the fasteners are loose, and do a good job of cleaning;
3. Check whether the water intake and drainage of the metallographic polishing machine are normal.

2. Operation
1. Paste the polishing cloth on the polishing disc. A small amount of engine oil must be applied to the disc surface each time when pasting to facilitate the replacement of the polishing cloth again. The polishing cloth must be cleaned with water before polishing.
2. Press the cover tightly into the pan, and drip an appropriate amount of polishing liquid or polishing paste and water on the surface of the polishing cloth.
3. Turn on the faucet, turn the power switch to the "on" position, start the motor, and you can polish.
4. When the metallographic polishing machine is polishing, it is necessary to add water while polishing, and the water flow rate can be controlled by rotating the water addition switch.
5. After polishing, turn off the water addition switch, cut off the power supply, and turn off the water inlet faucet.
